Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
It is our policy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be on products with broken seals. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
Shipping Deadlines
Shipping deadline is 2:30 PM PST Monday through Friday. Any orders place after that time will ship out the next business day.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a The Store for The Work of Byron Katie product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Store for The Work of Byron Katie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Store for The Work of Byron Katie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Store for The Work of Byron Katie shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Privacy of our e-mail lists
We maintain several email lists to keep interested parties informed about Byron Katie, her events, products, and more. Individuals must voluntarily request to join our mailing lists by signing up through a form or other means on our website or providing us with their email address at an event, seminar, direct-mail response or other channel. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone.
You can request to no longer receive email from us. To opt out of our email list, reply to one of our emails and request to be removed or send an email to scott@storeforthework.com.
